Mount Pleasant home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Mount Pleasant fell by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 171 homes sold, with a median sale price of $406,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 269 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,817, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
