Ashley Forest home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Ashley Forest rose by $78,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ashley Forest in the first quarter of 2019.
