Laurel Park home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Laurel Park fell by $79,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 20.3% decrease over the $389,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Laurel Park in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,656, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
