Adams Run home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Adams Run rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 27.1% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Adams Run in the first quarter of 2019.
