North Pine Point home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in North Pine Point rose by $53,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,000 - a 25.2% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Pine Point in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in North Pine Point for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,305, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
