Fenwick Hills home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Fenwick Hills rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,200 - a 21.9% increase over the $205,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fenwick Hills in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Fenwick Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,054, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
