Ladson home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Ladson rose by $29,745 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,295 - a 25.3% increase over the $117,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ladson in November 2018.
