Isle of Palms home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Isle of Palms fell by $25,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $634,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $659,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Isle of Palms in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
