Mount Pleasant home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Mount Pleasant rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 181 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in February 2019.
