Hollywood home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Hollywood rose by $113,400 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,900 - a 39.6% increase over the $286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hollywood in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
