North Charleston home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in North Charleston fell by $23,100 while total sales decreased by 30.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,900 - a 14.9% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in North Charleston in February 2019.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $821, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
