Seabrook Island home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Seabrook Island rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 29% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Seabrook Island in March 2019.
