Mount Pleasant home prices unchanged in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Mount Pleasant was unchanged while total sales decreased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000. There were 195 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in March 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $395,000.
