James Island home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in James Island rose by $25,550 while total sales decreased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,550 - a 8% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in James Island in March 2019.
