Fenwick Hills home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Fenwick Hills rose by $109,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,050 - a 72.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fenwick Hills in March 2019, as well.
