Hollywood home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Hollywood fell by $263,415 while total sales decreased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,250 - a 87.3% decrease over the $301,665 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Hollywood in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,344, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
