Isle of Palms home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Isle of Palms fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $669,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Isle of Palms in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,302, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
