North Charleston home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in North Charleston rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in North Charleston in April 2019.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $821, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
