Mount Pleasant home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Mount Pleasant fell by $3,225 while total sales decreased by 46.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,950 - a 0.7% decrease over the $463,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in July 2018.
