Mount Pleasant home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Mount Pleasant fell by $3,225 while total sales decreased by 46.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,950 - a 0.7% decrease over the $463,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
