Charleston home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Charleston rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 44.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 181 homes sold in Charleston in July 2018.
