James Island home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in James Island fell by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,500 - a 9.5% decrease over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in James Island in July 2018.

The median sales tax in James Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,253, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
