North Pine Point home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in North Pine Point rose by $144,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $383,500 - a 60.5% increase over the $239,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Pine Point in 2017.

The median sales tax in North Pine Point for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,132, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for 2018.
