Castlewood home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Castlewood fell by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 25.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Castlewood in 2017.
