Fenwick Hills home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Fenwick Hills fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fenwick Hills in 2017.

The median sales tax in Fenwick Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $746, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for 2018.
