Laurel Park home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Laurel Park rose by $95,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 34.5% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Laurel Park in the first half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Laurel Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,340, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
