Edisto Island home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Edisto Island rose by $49,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,900 - a 20% increase over the $249,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Edisto Island in the second half of 2017, as well.
