Melrose home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Melrose rose by $39,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,450 - a 19.3% increase over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Melrose in the second half of 2017.
