Adams Run home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Adams Run rose by $13,355 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,355 - a 9.5% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Adams Run in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
