Ladson home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Ladson rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,250 - a 8.2% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Ladson in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $487, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
