Landsdowne home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Landsdowne rose by $27,364 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $232,636 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Landsdowne in the first half of 2018.
