Adams Run home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Adams Run rose by $42,232 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,232 - a 49.1% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Adams Run in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
