Adams Run home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Adams Run rose by $58,117 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,867 - a 84.5% increase over the $68,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Adams Run in the second quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
