Adams Run home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Adams Run fell by $82,350 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 45.2% decrease over the $182,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Adams Run in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
