Adams Run home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Adams Run rose by $102,418 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,650 - a 79.9% increase over the $128,232 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Adams Run in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
