Isle of Palms home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Isle of Palms rose by $69,484 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $794,484 - a 9.6% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
