Folly Beach home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Folly Beach rose by $105,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $630,500 - a 20.1% increase over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Folly Beach in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
