Isle of Palms home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Isle of Palms fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $630,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $715,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Isle of Palms in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
