Mount Pleasant home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 236 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in April 2016.
