Summerville home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Summerville rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 10.7% increase over the $205,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Summerville in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Summerville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $862, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
