North Charleston home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Charleston rose by $17,400 while total sales decreased by 24.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $127,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in North Charleston in April 2016.
