Mount Pleasant home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $5,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,450 - a 1.5% increase over the $388,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in October 2016.
