Sullivan's Island home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Sullivan's Island rose by $1,400,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,350,000 - a 147.4% increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sullivan's Island in November 2016, as well.
