Isle of Palms home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $190,750 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $708,000 - a 36.9% increase over the $517,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Isle of Palms in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
