James Island home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in James Island rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 15.6% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in James Island in November 2016.
