Hollywood home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Hollywood fell by $290,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 65.2% decrease over the $445,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hollywood in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
