Mount Pleasant home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Mount Pleasant fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
