Seabrook Island home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Seabrook Island fell by $96,125 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 26.3% decrease over the $366,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Seabrook Island in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Seabrook Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,204, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
