Summerville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Summerville rose by $12,200 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,450 - a 6.5% increase over the $187,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Summerville in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Summerville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $862, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
