Ladson home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Ladson fell by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 32.4% decrease over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ladson in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $487, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
