North Charleston home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in North Charleston rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 46.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in North Charleston in May 2017.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
